PhD Eng Maciej Michalczak

I work on the development and adaptation of methods for predicting Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP), using both geostatistical approaches and time series analysis. My research also focuses on integrating additional data and auxiliary information to improve prediction accuracy. I am currently developing a fully automated system for real-time EOP forecasting. I hold a PhD in Geodesy and Cartography from AGH University of Krakow. Together with my research team, I also participated in the 2nd Earth Orientation Parameters Prediction Comparison Campaign, focused on evaluating and comparing methods for EOP prediction.
